Rate of feedback is the edge.

We identify beliefs worth testing, expose them to the market fast, and turn what survives into products. What doesn't survive becomes data. The loop is the product.

What we do

Identify beliefs worth testing.

We look for things we think might be true that others haven't acted on — about markets, behaviour, or unsolved problems. The best candidates are cheap to test and expensive to ignore if they're correct.

Test against reality.

Every belief gets a minimum viable test designed to produce signal fast — waitlists, landing pages, paid traffic, small experiments. The goal isn't to launch; it's to learn whether the belief holds.

Compound the loop.

Observations feed into models of what's actually true. Models inform the next round of tests. What works becomes a product. What doesn't becomes data. Rate of cycle is what compounds.
